This was one of many first recipes I attempted once I started specializing in more healthy consuming. I made the change not just for my total well-being but in addition due to my position as a private coach, specializing in power and conditioning.

I’ve all the time had a little bit of a candy tooth, particularly within the mornings, so this recipe was the right solution to begin reworking my habits. These banana cacao cupcakes are fast to organize, fulfill that candy craving, and are full of healthful substances that gas my day.

  • 4 Eggs (medium)
  • Oatmeal (Gluten-free, 1 cup)
  • Cacao Powder (2 tbsp.)
  • Stevia (4 sachets)
  • Banana (2 models)

To Garnish

  • Walnuts (4tbps)
  • Peanut Butter (2 tbsp.)

Directions

    1. In a blender mix the eggs, banana, oatmeal, cacao powder and stevia.
    2. Mix till a clean texture is shaped.
    3. Preheat the oven to 180C.
    4. Place the cupcake molds in a tray.
    5. Fill ¾ of the molds with the combination from the blender.
    6. Chop and add the walnuts in every cupcake mould.
    7. Prepare dinner the cupcakes for quarter-hour.
    8. Let the cupcakes cool for five minutes and add the peanut butter on prime to serve them
